The Android community is lying in wait for the 2.0 update and with good reason.
I’ve been researching 2.0 and it has alot of things worthy of the Eclair title (cause face it Eclair is so tasty)
Popular ROM Creator Cyanogen and our personal site ROM creator T.A.G are working on 2.0 as I write this and I can’t give a date you will see 2.0 but it won’t long.
For now here is some features rumored to be in 2.0
Eat this: Optimized hardware speed
Support for more screen sizes and resolutions
Revamped UI
New browser
New contact lists
Better white/black ratio for backgrounds
Improved Google Maps 3.1.2
Microsoft Exchange support
Built in flash support for Camera
Improved virtual keyboard
Bluetooth 2.1
Plus loads of other small goodies that are just as tasty.
So whose hungry for Eclair I know I am.
And I know hearing about the chocolate topping (features) ain’t enough for you Android supporters so I thought I would rip open the Eclair and exposed the sweet cream (screenshots)

I’m so sorry this wasn’t up to your standard, I thought this would be informative to those who don’t know all about Eclair.
I will have to see how the other readers respond to it, again I apologize that it wasn’t what you wanted.
No problem – but the article was up for a while before the tweet – a release of the running rom would’ve been nice LOL – I know I know, it’s still too early. NVM, will be waiting for someone to release soon I hope.
I think Eclair has been promoted to death by now anyway, nice to see a running system – What doesn’t work ATM?

A working 2.0 is awhile off yet, you may get a few experimental versions before a stable but we all should know its expected.
I ain’t promoting Eclair either I’m more giving the supporters a insight rather then milking it till it’s dry if you get me but I know its been heavily used yet I found no one who just explains Eclair for its features.
I’ve seen some sites showing off cause they got Eclair but I don’t got Eclair I just researched it and told everyone what they need to know.
As for the current standing point I will talk to T.A.G who is the sites ROM creator about posting a update on where he is at for 2.0 cause I have no idea to be honest.
I deal with overall site, the design, reviews and news as well as the little extras for ROMs T.A.G is the guy in the know so I will have talk with him about that 2.0 status update.
With that I hope this post ain’t all bad
